Convenient location close to ferry and bike routes. Clean and spacious rooms with good lighting and modern amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options, including a coffee machine with delicious espresso, latte, and cappuccino. Close proximity to a large supermarket and botanical garden.
Nothing to mention.

Breakfast was ok
We booked a familyroom. We got a room for two with four beds and nothing else.

very nice playing area for children and fast internet. I also liked the flat like rooms, where everybody has own front door.

Room is 1970-80 stylish, but ok and clean. Breakfast lacks tomatoes, cucumber and fruits otherwise ok, but overall I probably will not comeback because I don't stay at hotels very often and when I do I like something extra
At night it was hot, but it's ofcourse summer

The staff are so friendly. The restaurant have good food, reasonable price and you gets more than the amount of food you'll be expecting.
The price for the room is expensive compared to others we have stayed in.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us navigate the area. the location was perfect for our needs, just a short drive to the ferry terminal for our trip to Sweden.
Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms were small and lacked any charm. the location was not very attractive, situated behind a gas station and not near any waterfront as advertised.

Quiet location close to the ferry terminal, very helpful staff, motel parking.

A quiet, clean hotel with very helpful staff, well appointed dining facilities and a good breakfast.
It was more like a motel than a hotel. The accommodation is in a separate block. The hotel is surrounded by car dealerships which was unexpected. Not really suitable if using public transport - as we were.

We spent Christmas at a comfortable motel that was conveniently located near the beach and tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were polite. We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast that offered a generous selection of food items.
The motel was located in an industrial area, which was not what we expected. The noise and surroundings were not as picturesque as we had hoped.

Ideally located for the port of Frederikshavn to take the Ferry to Sweden. Friendly greeting when arrived and good breakfast selection.
The restaurant is not open on Sunday which at time of booking, Booked.net did not state.

We stayed at a motel-style property that was conveniently located near the ferry terminal and a Netto grocery store. It was also within walking distance to the center and a church. the rooms were clean and spacious, with daily towel changes, and the breakfast was satisfactory. the staff was pleasant and helpful.
The lack of facilities in the room, such as a refrigerator and a closet for our clothes. It would have been nice to have more options for drinking water and to have a better TV connection.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and the hotel staff friendly and knowledgeable.
The hotel was a little bit far away from the nearest town. If you had a car/bike etc it would be ideal as near to the main E45 route but if you were foot passengers as we were it was difficult getting to and from the bus/train depot daily and of course getting to local restaurants.

Small room with 4 single beds - little space to move around which would have been impractical for more than the one night as a family.
